This is not a hotel. It is a hostel. Shared bathrooms/showers. While is was clean, teens/young adults use this place to get drunk and party all night. Kids 6 and under cannot stay here, so that should give you an idea of the living conditions. The surrounding area is very dirty. Lots of homeless people. There is even a homeless camp set up where they line up for food/drink just around the corner of this hostel. This hostel is also located right next to train tracks (but not next to a station). Unless you are ateen/young adult looking to party with friends all night, we do not recommend staying here.
The guy on the desk reserved a restaurant for us as we couldn't understand the instructions to do so as it was in Japanese. It was a very nice thing to do. I would highly recommend this hotel and it isn't too far from the red light district about a 5-7 minute walk.

Reception only open from 1pm -10pm. So don't try an drop off bags early.
Easy check in and help staff
Got a private from with two singles for $15 Aud a night
Hotel has just been cheaply renovated.
Small room, not much room for 1 suitcase.
Walls are very thin and can hear everything.
Staff are very friendly
Area is alittle old. It's in the middle of the homeless central so there is often people laying around drinking on the road or outside hotel. Abit of public urinating
