Everything was great. The only issue was that there was a LOT of people using the public bath and there was a lot of garbage left in the showering areas that wasn't cleaned up promptly. I think it was more of an issue of a large group checking into the hotel. The next night, they weren't there and the bath was very clean and orderly. The rooms were great. The free ice cream and ramen was a very nice touch. Safe, clean, organized, well located. Overall, a great hotel in a very accessible location close to all the action. Highly recommend.

Once again, Dormy Inn maintains the standard. We used Dormy Inn at Ginza and really enjoyed our stay so we booked the same hotel chain again in Osaka. Location is great and within 5-10 minutes distance to the subway station. Staff are helpful and polite. Love the onsen and the ramen noodles after 9:30pm. Washer is free and dryer is only 100 yen for 20 minutes and it is not crowded. Overall, Will definitely use the same hotel chain whenever we visit Japan.

Typical to slightly larger than average size room, can keep a suitcase open but it'll be a tight squeeze. Bathroom is a little small and the AC is slow (works well) but other than that they provided free water and snacks as well as late night meals. It's directly attached to a Lawson which is convenient and the staff is always present and very helpful. Bit of a walk from a train station but very close to so many restaurants and main shopping areas. Would come back

The location of this hotel was very convenient to all sorts of activities in Osaka, and liked the quick walk to restaurants and transportation. The only two draw backs were the noise from over-active street racers at night and the beds. The beds were quite firm (hard) and the pillows were tiny but hard as well. These could be improved upon. The room was well appointed otherwise and felt spacious.

My 2nd time here. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The dinning room staff seemed very tired and annoyed with guests during the time I was there. Small onsen, but nice. Still enjoyed the late night ramen and other amenities.
