- It is more like a hostel than a hotel - Considering also the road condition, the best metro station to go to is the Matsuyamachi Station - You can't really use the balcony as one of the bed is blocking the balcony door - Have washing machine and microwave oven which is very nice - Wifi speed is fast - The place is clean Overall, this is a nice place to stay in

Small but clean comfortable room..

Great setup, very clean. Location may not be the best and a little to far from main attractions. Our only negative impression is the early check out, 10 am is unusually early for check out. Nice property overall.

여행 중 편하게 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

성인 남성 2명이서 이용했는데 매우 좋았습니다. 청결상태가 매우 좋았고, 온수와 냉방기가 좋아서 샤워나 수면에 불편함이 없었습니다. 사용하진 않았지만 숙소 내 세탁기와 전자렌지 비치되어 있습니다. TV는 제가 사용할 줄 몰라서 그러겠지만 지상파(?)는 잘 나오고, 케이블(?) 쪽은 잘 안 나옵니다. 도톤보리에서 걸어서 약 5분 정도 소요됩니다. 거리가 좀 있으나 매우 조용합니다. 로비 없이 무인으로 운영되고 있어서 예약하시는 분들은 메일로 1층 현관과 방 비밀번호 받아서 들어가셔야 합니다. WIFI도 무료여서 좋았습니다. 호텔이라기보단 AirBnB에 가깝고, 당연히 조식은 없습니다.

房間略細 1. 要跨越床邊才能到達的露臺 我還是第一次見 2. 有張小型高桌 及 兩張高櫈子 但由於空間不足 高櫈子位於桌子和床中間 身材很標準才能坐下 （我和兒子各自坐下 先生有個啤酒肚 他不能坐進去 兒子想去洗手間 就必須我先走開 或 他腳踏床上走過） 3. 三門互頂 洗手間門往外開的 一開 就阻礙著廚房暨走廊位置 那裡剛又就是另一扇門通往主廳 主廳門旁邊就是衣櫃門 衣櫃門和主廳門互頂 最壞情況 甲在洗手間剛出來 乙在整理衣服 而你剛好想從主廳往廚房倒杯開水 你要先使開乙 乙要先閂上衣櫃門 然後 你要打開主廳門 然後 你要讓甲先行退回洗手間 把門閂上 你終於喝了口開水 然後回頭看 甲離開洗手間時沒有把門閂上 乙又從繼續整理衣服 你想回到床上休息 就得清除這三扇阻礙物

•객실/호텔 청결도: 무인텔이여서, 매일 청소를 해주는 것이 아니기때문에 이불,수건등은 하루하루 교체되지않았지만 세탁기가 있어 세탁이 가능했기에 수건은 빨아서 사용할 수 있었다. 화장실이 작은거 말고는 딱히 불편한 점은 없었던거같다. •호텔 위치: 도톤보리와 가까우며 계획하였던 여행 일정 어디든 가깝게 짧은 동선으로 이용할수있는 위치이였던거같다. 허나 골목 구석쪽 숙소가 위치해있어 저녁에 조용하고, 하루 마무리하고 돌아가는 길이 좀 멀게 느껴졋다는거..? 숙소 2~5분 정도에 편의점도 있고 근처 한국 음식 파는 식당이 있다

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado y tiene lo necesario para la estancia; empero, su check in es muy tarde (16:00) y su check out es muy temprano (10:00), prácticamente tu estancia es de 18 horas, eso es fuera de lo común y si afecta.

交通方便床也很舒服

位置很方便距離心齋橋15分鐘距離地下鐵10分鐘左右 但靠馬路的房間窗戶的隔音不太好晚上的時候都會聽到馬路上很大的聲音

Una crítica positiva.

La habitación es buena, la distribución buena, Diseño bueno, padre moderno. Las camas chicas para descansar 4 pesrsona no se las recomiendo, no entras no se vayan con la idea que son matrimoniales no lo son, eso me pasó, Limpieza fatal, el baño soltaba un aroma horrible, la limpieza de platos y cucharas mal lavados, te piden el no uso de zapatos para no maltratar el piso la verdad el piso está maltratado, en una área como quemado, el caso que necesita mantenimiento, y un buena limpieza el baño, y en general, el wc nunca se pudo cambiar la temperatura, y luego dice que si usas el contacto de la cama tiene un costo extra. La verdad necesitan estar más al pendiente del aseo y mantenimiento, en general puedo decir que lugar es bueno y si esta ubicado.
