元々ベッド2つ、ソファベッド1つの部屋を大人2人、小学生2人で予約していましたが、ベッドを１つ増やしてもらっていて全員快適に眠れました。 特に事前に頼んでなかったので、とても助かりました。 部屋も綺麗でしたし、お風呂は浴室乾燥があり洗濯物もすぐ乾き、ファミリーには大変助かります。 周りの騒音も少なく、周りは高級住宅街でしたので、治安も悪くはなさそうです。 通天閣まではタクシーで1000円程で行けました。 1Fの自販機ではドリンク以外にもカップラーメンやスナックもあり、便利でした。 駐車場は車種によっては停めれるらしいですが要確認です。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、ブランケットが足りなく要望したら、大小2枚のブランケットを出してくださり、快適に過ごせました。 リネン類も清潔で、ロビーも爽やかな香りがしました。 今回、ユニバと万博で2泊利用しました。また大阪に行く際にはぜひ利用したいオススメのホテルです。

建て付けが悪く脱衣所のドアが閉まりませんでした。 子どもが先に寝ていたのでドライヤーも躊躇してしまいました。 チェックインが遅くなってしまいましたが女性スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で子ども用のアメニティも別で手渡しでくれました！ 寝巻きが部屋に置いてなかったので取りに降りるのもだるくて諦めました。 廊下が窓がなくむき出しなのでコインランドリーや部屋出た瞬間から蚊に刺されまくって嫌でした。

너무 좋았어요! 5인 가족이라 숙소를 구할 때 많이 고민했었는데 저희 가족에게 딱 맞는 숙소를 발견했어요~ 실제로 가보니 더 좋았습니다. 숙소는 조용한 동네에 위치해있고 방은 쾌적하고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요. 방에는 5인이 자기에 충분한 크기의 침대가 있었고 캐리어 3개를 펼쳐놓아도 여유로운 공간이였어요. 이 숙소에서 저희 가족은 3박4일동안 편안하게 쉴 수있어서 더 즐겁고 행복한 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 다음에 오사카를 방문할 때에도 이 숙소에 다시 머무를거예요!!

Excellent hotel for stay in Osaka. Hotel is in a quiet residential area but still 2 train stations are in 15 minutes walking distance. There are 2 family marts nearby for quick snacks. Room was spacious and well maintained. Will definitely book again if I visit Osaka.
