Amazing location! We really loved this neighborhood; it’s fun and edgy, and super close to Dotonbori. We had our luggage shipped here from Tokyo, and that worked well. The dinosaurs at check-in were a hoot. The rooms are small but normal for a Japanese hotel at this price point, and everything was clean.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The height of our stay was that the staff Sok made sure that our heater worked properly. It's very cold in December and my wife and I were very comfortable when we went back. The amenities were amazing and we hope to return here in the future. Definitely a must stay!

Henn na Hotel is located in a very convenient area walking distance from dotonbori where there is many food and shopping options. The check in and check out process is super efficient and the room was decently sized. However I have to give this three stars because the pillows at this hotel was just unacceptable. It was lumpy and this made it hard to sleep. Similarly, the bed was very thin and the comforter was more like a blanket. This affected my quality of sleep throughout my stay at Henn Na.

Henn na Hotel is a fun experience with quirky “add ons” that simply add to the charm. It is a more traditional Japanese inn experience (small rooms) in a very busy area by Dotonbori, but is very quiet at night while in the room.
