Great location for Dotonbori. We loved the dinosaur receptionists and the cookies 12-6pm - much needed after a hard day of sightseeing.

We loved our stay here, it was a perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see in the area and so close to the train as well. We were initially worried about the check in process but it went smoothly and staff were there to help with any questions. They had a great snack/drink spread that was available most of the day and the room was small but had everything we needed for our stay.

I loved the robots! The check in /out service was quick and enjoyable. Hotel was also about a 13 min walk to dotonbori region.

Close to Shinsaibashisuji shops and station

Excellent location. Close to public transport and about 50 metres from Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street. Room was small but comfortable. Stored our luggage on the last day. Had a great time.

interesting to meet the dinosaur reception still got human staff to help if needed very good location, close to exit with elevator good size of room in such heart area of Osaka however the pillow was too thin and mattress not too comfortable

Low skilled staffs, not helpful.

Due to system error, could not check in and kept waiting for several minutes. Staffs were not trained, and not helpful.The hotel did not even prepare a "city map" for tourists.

This was NOT at all "Henna" hotel. Yes, there is a group of small robot dancers in the lobby but they never danced much. Yes, there were a couple of dinosaurs welcoming you at the front desk but they are not functional as a check in clerk at all. The self check-in didn't work and an actual staff had to come out from the back to assist us. The room was small (though very efficient layout I must say!) and there was no robot inside, nothing interesting. It's close from the subway station exit once you get outside but took awhile of wandering underground to find the exit. No laundry facility in the hotel, free snacks and drinks were meh. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out at the self-serving lockers but there aren't many available and they fill up fast. Was hoping for some fun and interesting experience staying at a strange hotel but nothing exciting at all. Will not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The main attraction was the dinosaur check in. That aside it was a very standard hotel experience. The rooms would benefit from more AC and the breakfast was very basic, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. The option to lock up our bags for free was appreciated so we could explore the city.

It was a fun stay because of the dinosaur robots you get to interact with upon checking in and out. The hotel was in a very convenient location and it was easy for us to access the subway and shop around the area. We also enjoyed the free breakfast they offered.

Our stay at this hotel for 2 nights was excellent. Location is top notch being close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. Room was clean. AC and elevators worked properly. Complementary breakfast were very good with soft drink dispensers operating to the late night to satisfy the thirst. Will stay again next time in Osaka

チェックインもアウトも簡単で早くてよかったです。恐竜のスタッフも楽しかったです。チェックインで戸惑っていたらすぐにスタッフさんが対応してくれたので恐竜のお出迎えも何の問題もありませんでした。朝食は期待していませんでしたが、人気のおにぎり屋さんのようでおいしく、無料でお得感がありました。部屋は狭かったですが承知済なので問題ないです。出かける時にカードを抜くとエアコンも切れるので帰っても我が家のように冷えるのを待たないといけません。が、それも狭いのですぐでした。

１：初日ガウンが１つ足りなかった。足りないと問い合わせてもすぐに用意されず、翌日は逆に５着も置かれていた。嫌がらせか？２：室内が異常に暑い。常にクーラーを強にしないと冷えないが、異常に煩い。冷蔵庫のＢＯＸが異様に熱を持っていた。３：予約問い合わせでの意思疎通に手間取った。

First of all, the bathroom and bed are clean. On the first floor, you can have as many drinks or meals as you want without having to worry about the staff. The atmosphere of the free but orderly hotel is nice and distinctive. The dinosaurs at the reception on the first floor are impressive.
