駅を出て左手にホテル、右にセブンさんがありました。ホテルの前には、飲食店がたくさんあり、子供達の好きな食事を選べたのは助かりました。カフェ、たこ焼き屋さん、蓬莱さん、ユニバーサルのショップ、ドラッグストアがありました。パークから部屋に戻りシャワーと着替えをしてから、お出かけできるのでおすすめです！素敵な大阪旅行になりました、ありがとうございました。

Check in took long time but it was fine. Location, location, location! It is right above Starbucks and Lawson and directly across from all the restaurants. If you are coming from the city, it is literally right in front of the train station. It is an older hotel but they were able to accommodate 4 twin size beds in one room with no extra charge. Recommend.

Night gown had dried out food on it and was dirty. Bathroom had some dirty spots. Front desk lady wasn't friendly. She wasn't rude, but felt like we weren't welcome there. It was unusual experience staying at this hotel group. Because this is at very busy USJ location?

Quite dismal and soulless, but functional for a couple of nights at universal studios. It's very convenient for the park, and perfectly clean.

Very close to the station (1 min) and very convenient for the park. The staff were friendly but not super helpful when it came to advice for the parks. The room was good with nice views. Lots of shops eating places right outside.

Fantastic and convenient location for USJ. The Universal-city train station is right next door and plenty of dining options for the family in the precinct.
