Place is a bit old & out dated - can use a facelift but everything works fine. Nothing fancy. Very convenient though. Service was very good.

Our stay was decent, though the amenities were a little outdated aka no wifi in our room. The room size was big compared to a lot of Japanese styled hotels. Front desk was nice and helpful. The location was right next to the Kuromon market which was convenient.

Location and room was good but I was disappointed that wifi is only found in lobby and it's not very good! But will stay here again but maybe come with better data sim card!

Old with great location
The room is big and comfortable, the location is AMAZING! The hotel is very old...carpets have stains, the lobby and hallway are not so nice but for the price and location I would stay there again

Osaka Vacay.
It was perfect cause it was close to everything me and my wife wanted and also right by the train station, it made life that much easier! We would definitely stay here again.

This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel. All 3 times all booked from Hotel.com and all stayed in the Annex building,not the main building.In the Annex building, Wifi only available at the smoking area(lobby)and rooms on the main floor. I chose this hotel because of its location. it is close to Namba Station,Nipponbashi Station and a short walk away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping arcade.

Great Value
Hotel is situated in a great location, close to Namba station, Namba shopping street, Kuromon Market. Hotel looks dated from the outside with a narrow elevator. However, room size is big and bathroom was enormous for Japanese standard. Was given a smoking room but was surprised that there was no smoke smell. Great value for a 3 bedded room. This hotel is usually fully booked so recommended that you book early. Receptionist speaks poor English but manageable overall. Note that there is no wifi in rooms except for lobby area.

Our room was massively large - a rarity in Japan. It's in a good location - close to everything without being in the middle of it. The only negative was that the hotel allows smoking everywhere - in the rooms and lobby. As non-smokers the smell was pretty bad. I asked the staff for air freshener for our room which they eagerly gave us.

Getting to Nanba from Shin-Osaka station was more confusing than expected. (You take the subway from Shin-Osaka to Nanba. ) I recommend mapping it out ahead of time. This hotel seemed a bit older. It's tucked away in a small alley so you will really feel like you are staying in the heart of the area. The canal is just a short walk away.
Small but efficient.
We weren't expecting the two twin beds to be pushed together but were happy they were.
Tiny but super efficient bathroom.
There are two buildings. Our room was in the annex.

The room was fine with me. But I don't like the bathroom. It has nothing !! They don't have the full set bathroom for lady. At least they should have the body wash.

Great location. The room was quite small - pretty common for a hotel in Japan. I would say it's a basic hotel with right price in a great location.

I love the fact that the hotel is very close to the Namba Walk on exit 25 and on the high street of Namba. However, I think hotels.com or hotel should have done a better job by given clearer direction on how to get there. It was a nightmare.

Excellent Location
The location of this hotel is just excellent! Just 2 mins walk to Nipponbashi station and less than 10 walk to Nankai Namba station so you can access to Kansai airport and other tourist spots (including Kyoto and Nara) easily. It is also located at the centre of shopping streets you may shop and dine at Shinsaibashi, Doutonburi, Namba and Nipponbashi within walking distance. The staff are friendly and the room is larger than expected---it can definitely suit two to three 29" suitcases opened. However sometimes you may hear people on the street are talking, though not too serious. Overall this is a pleasant stay and the CP ratio is very high.

Nice decent place.
Good location. We had an overnight flight there and was very tired. The staff was very helpful as they did their best to allow us to check-in earlier versus the standard check-in time. The rooms are clean. The only minus point is that WiFi is only available at the lobby and the floor above.

We stayed for a night. The location is right next to Namba station and all those shopping walk. Super convinient for shopping. The room is small, and the bathroom is super small. Probably the smallest bathroom I have ever used. The bed is fairly comfortable, had a good night sleep.

The room is a bit old. It's kinda strange that you have to give the room key back to the counter before you go out. My friend complained that it's a bit noisy at night time.

Hard to find, cramped and dank room
There is no external sign in Western letters indicating that the name is Botejour. It's right across the street from a post office, one block off Sennichimae (addresses here confusingly refer to the neighborhood). Desk staff spoke extremely limited English. Good location, but cramped room that smelled of smoke and faintly of mildew. Stay elsewhere.
