The staff was extremely nice. However the room and the hallways into the room was absolutely disgusting. I know it was a cheap room but the level of uncleanness was BAD. First off the hotel has signs literally everywhere you turn saying no smoking but our room smelled like someone had been chainsmoking for years, as well as the smell of mold. Dust was EVERYWHERE, stains, grime, and what looked like lots of mold. Towels were stained. And one day when we were in the hallway to our room we saw the clean towels on the gross stained floors. I work at a hotel and for the room to be as bad as it is comes from years of very poor cleaning (like only making the beds and cleaning nothing else). If we hadn't already pre-paid we would have left. It was so so so gross but the worst part was the SMELL. I feel bad leaving such a bad review because the staff at checkin/checkout was very nice but I was just so uncomfortable and felt so ill staying in the room.

The location is convenient but there is a plight steps at the front of the building which might not be good if you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is also a bit old. While well-maintained, its age makes it appear less clean than it actually is.

Staffs were very friendly, made me feel welcomed. I was able to store my luggage prior to my check-in, and after i've checked out. The only dislike about this hotel is the smell. Even though my room was a non-smoking room, the room (especially bathroom) is filled with the cigarette smoke smell. I supposed its AC system across the entire hotel.
