Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to do laundry in the unit as well! We were not sure about emailing our information at first, but did research and found that it’s required to submit your info by the Japanese government, so it was no problem in the end. We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and a ton of shopping, but far enough away that the street is much quieter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and are glad we chose this accommodation for our trip.

Very clean with washing machine and a bathroom that has a drying room function. Noise from the street outside especially on Friday night. Beds hard caused me backache and hip pain.

We had a pleasnt stay. Very centrally located, near stations, restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Dotonbori area. Would recommend for economical place to stay.

Service and location is great for price. Its more of a studio than an apartment. Definitely does not have 2 floors, maybe some apartments in the building do but this had 3 beds in 1 large room.

The place needs update as soon as possible. Need more kitchen utensils like glasses. The bed hard and old almost breaks down. Not enough towels. Location 8 min walk from closest station and 14 min walk to Namba station. Well I will locate my family next time close to Namba or umeda station. Better and clean and updated place.

Walking distance to dotonbori, namba station. We really liked our stay here. Whenever we came back to apartment, we stop by market and buy ready to go food from the market. The nearby market is a big plus.

Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store.

Nice and clean, I'm glad we stayed there! the entrance is right by the highway, but when both doors are closed, we could barely hear anything. Bed is all the way on the other side.

It was a very good stay. Things look good in terms of location: close to transportation, dining options just down the street, and a 24-hour grocery store just 20 meters away by walking. The only minor thing was that the tea table was a bit old and a little shaky.
