如果以這個價錢（沒有要求）算抵，方便，近難波站/日本橋。不過，不建議煮食。冷氣機溫度，唔知係咪雪種問題，不夠涼。開咗冷氣機16度，仍然熱到瞓唔著，希望業主可以留意

Très bonne adresse.

Cet hébergement est très bien situé et très bien équipé pour vivre de superbes vacances. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et le rapport qualité/prix est très bien. Seul avertissement, il faut bien contacter le propriétaire avant d'arriver pour récupérer les clés.

Jesus, it was a nice little apartment! I enjoyed staying there rather than a hotel. The place was clean and big enough for a little family. The only thing I didn't like so much was the bed, but my final result is positive because the area was quiet and I could sleep very pleasantly.

ＷｉＦｉが使えなくて検索出来なくて苦労しましたが最終日の夜に宿の管理の方が来て直して頂けました。とても感じの良い方で好感が持てました。ダブルベッドのマットがヘタっていて寝ると朝腰が痛くなります。マットは交換が必要です。しかしそれ以外は交通アクセスも良くコンビニも近くに２軒ありとても良い環境です。全体的には７５点くらいです。

到着が遅れてしまいましたが臨機応変にご対応いただけました周辺が一方通行で道を間違えると、また遠くに遠ざかってしまう感じで、なかなかたどり着く事が出来ませんでした駐車場は近くを予定していましたが空きがなく、探し回りました、駐車場の数はたくさんあるのでどこかには止めることは出来ます難波も黒門市場も近くて便利でした

4泊の予約で夜10時頃にチェックインの際、メールボックスのロックが壊れていて、鍵が取り出せませんでした。他の部屋の宿泊者がエントランスドアを開けてくれ、内側からメールボックスを開け鍵を受け取りました。部屋に入ると、前の滞在者が退出したままで清掃がされておらず、汚れていて最悪でした。しかも前の滞在者が勝手にペットを連れ込んでいたようでベッドには動物の毛がたくさん付いていて床には尿がされていました。すぐに連絡をし、清掃してもらい、初日の分は返金してもらいましたが、とても気分が悪かったです。清掃の方への連絡ミスだったらしいのですが、清掃の方は夜に呼び出され、汗だくで日を跨いで2時間以上懸命に掃除してくれました。全ての予約をキャンセルし、他に宿泊場所を変えたかったのですが、夜遅くなのと万博期間中でまとめた日数の滞在先を見つけることが難しく、そのまま宿泊することにしましたが、部屋のインターホンが壊れていたり、エアコンの効きが悪かったり、非常に残念な宿泊になりました。

Good price for the location. Overall good stay, walkable to Metro Station and Namba area. Nearby got convenient shop and restaurant. Cleanliness can be improved and some cookware and items like pot & pan, pillow & iron may need some replacement.

A bit cramped for family of four who stayed for 14 nights but it is not bad for the price. Most important for me was a functional washing machine and a clean bathroom. They have stored toiletries although we still bought our own. Bought hangers and pegs as well. Left it there for the next renters to use.

체크인없는 곳이지만 열쇠를 찾느라고 고생했습니다. 열쇠는 문들어오기전 오른쪽 보관함에 비번넣고 꺼낼수있었는데 내용이 전혀없어서 정말 1시간이상 고생했고, 1개의 침대는 스프링이 꺼져서 잘수없었습니다. 그외에는 딱 가격만큼의 숙소였어요 음... 다음에는 이용안할거같아요

The flat was close to Namba station (10-15 minutes walk) which was very convenient. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. However, the flat was slightly too small for our luggage. The hygiene can also be improved as there were visible bugs flying around the bedroom. Overall, it was a decent stay and good for those who enjoy a convenient location for shopping and travelling.
