A convenient apartment for a few days away from the usual hotel rooms. However, the place looks a little tired and not the cleanest. Somehow we were expecting something much better for the money. Check-in and out were very easy.

This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was good; the place was very spacious, and it had all the services we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also quite central, making it easy to access all the tourist spots. However, we were disappointed with the third bed—the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We've stayed in other places with sofa beds before, but this one was particularly bad for unwinding after our busy days.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 university age children. Well equipped apartment within walking distance to Dotonbori area. Grocery store and 7-11 very close and easy access to metro. My daughter and I slept in the bed. Pull out couch not super comfortable for my son so maybe a better option for 2 people sharing a bed or a family with smaller children. Fun to do laundry and experience the drying “room”!

The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not able to get extra pillows as this is a "self-check-in" hotel and no staff available... The metro is an 8 min walk so it was always a couple mins more to just walk to Dotonbori (20mins) which was a bit tiring, but not worth taking the metro for one step Also, because it's a self-check-in the hotel, you have to submit your passport info online before you arrive at the hotel, which is a very simple process.

Decent Place to Stay

This hotel acts as a sort of apartment style room. My friends and I had a room with two bunk beds and a couch. The room was spacious but the top bunk were a little too close to the ceiling for my liking. There are amenities such as toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the complimentary slippers. All the appliances worked but the washer dryer hybrid didn't really dry out clothes well so watch out for that. The cleanliness of the room was good but there was some dust buildup in the shelves of the bunk beds where you can put your devices, and on a few surfaces. When it comes to communication with the staff, it's decent, they have English and answered my questions. However, some of the written rules for checkout need to be updated as they can be slightly confusing. Overall, it was a good stay just some odds and ends here and there.

Great proximity to the Namba Yasaka Shrine as well as the subway. If you don't mind a little extra walking, you can also get to Dotonbori by foot.

Great Stay. No personnel on property. Manageable with instructions sent via expedia and email. Make sure you arrive after check in time and leave exactly at agreed check out as there are no area to leave belongings.
