All is good and the host is very helpful in communication and providing useful information. Location is superb. Transportation is so easy, with easy access to metro stations and train stations. Only thing that might be missing is free WiFi on the house.

Great place to stay in Osaka
We, a family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this place. Its suitable for families with 2 little children or 1 older child. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. The appartement is in a quiet side street, 5min walk to convenience store and subway as well as the bus stop. It has a balcony with a rail where you can dry your clothes. It was easy to find if you follow the instructions. The owner does not speak English, the best way to communicate is email or text message, which he replied to immediately. We would definitely recommend this accommodation when visiting Osaka.

Very Nice House
The flat is really clean and comfortable. It's close to the train station. There are convenience store nearby.

Good choice in Osaka
The location of the apartment is good. It's only 2-3 minutes walk from subway station. There are lot of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean and tidy. We just felt like back home. The apartment contact is helpful. We all love the premises and will definitely recommend to friends.

Location is close to everything.
First Japan trip. I did not get the instruction where to get the key. The bar owner next door was very kind enough to help. It would have been better if two set of keys were issued for our party of four.

很不錯的體驗
交通方便，附近機能都很不錯，一房一廳的房間居住起來很舒適，出發前房東也會傳介紹跟交通資訊過來，很滿意這次的住宿，下次來大阪還會考慮入住。

모든 면에서 만족스러웠던 숙소
셀프 체크인 형식은 처음이었지만, 호스트가 친절한 설명을 메일로 보내주어서 어렵지 않게 할 수 있었습니다. 지하철역과 매우 가깝고 도톤보리와도 지하철 역 1정거장 정도로 가까워서 교통이 아주 편리했습니다. 가장 좋았던 것은 숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적했다는 것 입니다!! 침대 시트도 깨끗했고, 화장실도 전혀 냄새나지 않고 깨끗했습니다. 또 일회용 칫솔과 치약, 바디 스펀지, 실내화 등도 미리 준비되어 있어서 호스트의 섬세함에 놀랐습니다. 싱크대 밑에는 조리 도구와 숟가락, 나이프, 나무젓가락들도 구비가 잘 되어있습니다. 3명이서 묵었기 때문에 한명은 소파베드를 사용해야 했는데, 소파베드에 깔 깨끗한 침대시트와 침구류가 구비되어있어서 침대만큼 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 다만 세명이 지내기에 방이 약간 좁긴 합니다. 하지만 일본이야 워낙 숙소들이 좁으니 그러려니 했습니다. 두명 정도가 가장 편하게 지내기 좋을 것 같습니다. 오사카 여행 가는 친구가 있다면 꼭 여기 묵기를 추천하고 싶고, 저 역시 오사카에 다시 온다면 여기에 또 숙소를 잡고 싶습니다. 전반적으로 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다!

quiet neighbourhood and tidy set up - Good!
We planned to arrive late (beyond the front desk hour) but received a very clear instruction set. Neighbourhood is very quiet yet few minutes from subway. Perfect for 2 and even with a light pantry. The sofa bed (for a third person) is comfortable but a bit crowded. However, little kid(s) would love that for fun.

地點方便，近地鐵，有lift搭，可幫忙提前check in，回覆e-mail 快速，房間整潔乾淨
我當天因為是零晨機，怕三位大媽一大叔因太累，所以早幾天e-mail 問是否可提早check in，(*^ω^*)好快回覆可提前入住，當天大媽和大叔還睡了午覺，真的行舒服。 地點方便，三分鐘可到住宿地點，房間整潔新淨，用品齊全，最滿意是枕頭，夠硬同一般酒店枕頭不同， 浴室有spa，還可洗衣服，有洗衣液、衣架及大衣夾供應，洗完衣服在露台曬衫*\(^o^)/*，廚房方便餐具齊全，去木津買完食材可回去煮食。 還有說明書教你如何使用電氣用品，中英日韓都有， 還有書本可外出借用， 整體上非常滿意，有住家的感覺。

推薦此地住宿
行前房東提供完善的交通、入住資訊（還有影片可以看！），利用房東提供的線索得到KEY，蠻特別又私密的入住方式。房子很乾淨、很新，交通很方便，附近就有便利商店，還有大超市，蠻推薦的！

Nice and good hotel
雖然整個房間面積不大, 但設備齊全, 而且很新. 到大阪多次, 都喜歡入住這種有廚房洗衣機等設備的酒店, 因自由度大, 又可買食物回酒店煮, 而且酒店就在近鐵附近, 下次再來都會再選擇

Nice place with convenience store & metro nearby
Nice and clean place for group of 2-3. With free pocket wifi, microwave oven and most daily supplies. 2-min walk to convenience store and metro station. Thanks the owner for providing a pleasant place for my trip.
