The futon on this hotel is so thin that it will hurt your back when you wake up. Room says fits 4 people but we didn't have any room to fit our luggages. Once you have your luggages there is no space to walk. My sister have to put her luggage in the bathtub.

Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Hotel is located in a convenient location close to the subway, but still quiet enough at night. We walked to Dotonbori and Shinsabashi easily within 30 minutes, and there are a lot of food options nearby. Staff are friendly.

First time in Japan, it was a good central location in Osaka. Very short walk from metro. Rooms are smaller than pictured but did the job. Offers small amenities and is clean and quiet. I would stay again in larger suite.

Very near to Honmachi station which also is 2-3 stops away from Namba, Umeda, Shinsaibashi. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You may get free drinks and water from the lounge. Will definitely stay again if visiting Osaka.
