Pleasant stay, not too fancy. Osaka

We stayed here for 3 nights while bisiting Osaka. 20minute walk to Dontomburi. Lotsnof trams narby to explore Osaka. Bread & espresso 5 minute walk for lovely coffee and pastry to start the day. We went to traditional Yakitori restaurant 2 nights in a row which is 15min walk from hotel- would highly recommend you visit this if staying in Osaka- Sumibi-yakitori Karahori Aoyama-shoten. The rooms are small with a very small window. They are clean and have some ammenities. The reception staff and friendly and helpdful, they let us store our luggage on the day we left. Overall i would recommend this place to stay if you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay and not fussed about it being too fancy.

浴室内が排水臭すぎて気分が悪くなった。　満室で部屋を変えることができなかった。消毒して匂いはとれたが、不満です。不完全な部屋に泊まるわけだから、次回割引ぐらいはしてほしい。

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預りいただき非常に助かりました。要件を終えてとりあえず22時までにチェックインを済ませた後に、近くのコンビニで食料も調達できる環境で便利でした。

Great value for our stay. Small room, convenient location, Yamato office nearby, and very walkable. Be aware that there is no room service during your stay, but the hotel provides fresh towels and convenience items for free. Highly recommend!

スタッフの方がとても優しく、丁寧な対応をしていただきました。さりげなく挨拶をしてくださるのが心地よかったです。心斎橋から徒歩10分とアクセスしやすい距離にあり、商店街を抜けていくと道頓堀なのでショッピングや観光を楽しめました。ホテル周辺はビジネス街なので夜は静かで治安も良かったです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
