Great location - right beside Nagahoribashi subway station, 7-11 & Lawson convenient stores and restaurants nearby. 10-15 mins. walk to Shinsaibashi & Ebisu-Bashi Suji shopping & restaurant districts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we arrived early and were unable to check-in early, the staff helped to shift our luggage to our room when we came back to check in. The area is very convenient as it was right beside the subway and is a short work away from Shinsaibashi shopping district. However, the tap and bath water was abit murky and the staff told us it was normal and safe for drinking when questioned. We placed the rubbish bin outside the room for clearing as instructed as there was no room service. However, it remained uncleared when we returned in the evening.

Breakfast staff are rude to foreign guests. Breakfast "buffet" trays were all empty when I arrived at 830 am. Dont buy the breakfast just go to 7-11 for a much cheaper and better option. Wont be staying at any Sarasa hotels in the future.

The service was great, the view was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was super convenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
