クーラー要注意

部屋が変えられて、最初は戸惑ったけど、 無事に入居ができて、部屋が綺麗でよかったのですが、 クーラーがあまりきかなくて音もかなり出ることだけが気になる。

The room is good but not service whatsoever

The place wasn't bad in itself but the service was terrible. We didn't have any contact with the owner and some questions we had about the room were left unanswered. We had to figure everything out ourselves like find how to open the hot water in the shower. Please improve your service and be more in contact with your customers because it was frustrating to be left on our own.

혼마치역과도 가깝고 조용하고 편안했던 숙소

개인적으로 베란다가 있어서 간단한 빨래를 널기에도 좋았습니다. 간단한 취사가 가능하도록 가스레인지, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 싱크대 등이 있습니다. 화장실 또한 변기, 세면대, 욕조 3군데로 구분되어있어 매우 편리합니다. 수건은 작은 수건 3장 전신타올 3장 있었습니다. 숙소키 찾을때 포스트박스 잠금푸는 것이 까다로웠네요. 한국에는 없는 다이얼식 잠금 푸는 법 미리 확인하고 가시면 좋을 듯 합니다^^ 2박 묵었는데 부족함 없이 잘 지내다가 돌아왔습니다.

Ten minute walking distance to Homemachiu station. It is not a regular hotel, no front desk.My friends stayed on room 804.There was no TV, tissue paper and toilet paper. There is a kitchen which is nice.

另一個安靜選擇

負責人細心的指引，所以容易找到住宿。除了房間真的需要打掃外，住宿裡的設備也可以應付五天行程的需要。住宿在地鐵本町站,去其他地方也很方便。

Quartier calme , appartement sympa bien que la propreté soit limite ( rare au Japon), petit restaurant juste à coté tenu par une ancienne mannequin très sympathique et un bar juste au dessus tenu par Jean ( un franco-japonais top) qui mérite de la pub , tant il nous a dépanné pour l'obtention les codes nécessaires ( clés de l'appartement dans la boite aux lettres) . Quand on est pas habitué à ce système c'est pas gagné !!!!!!!

Good Value for Money and Convenient

The unit was more than I expected with facility of having kitchen facilities. The room was small with a fold down sofa bed. The bathroom was fine and was sufficient. Surprisingly enough, there was a washing machine if needed. The place is convenient to the subway line and walkable to many areas if you are physically able to handle walking 30 minutes from place to place.

The room itself is comfortable enough but the two main problems are there's no way to get in touch with the room owner except email and there's no wifi in the room at all but the website says there is. There's no point complaining because neither the owner nor Hotel.com replys. 房間本身是舒適的，只是有兩個很大的問題，除了email無法及時跟房東聯絡， 還有房間也沒有Wi-Fi，但是網站上卻說有，這涉嫌廣告不實，跟房東還有Hotel.com網站反應都沒有任何的回覆

The staff did not send the correct information to me so my family and I spent the night at the hotel waiting out in our car.It was a hassle because they do not have an answering machine,so when you call the phone just keeps on ringing.Then the dates got mixed up,hard to cancel and hard to get rooms. I will not recommend this hotel.Which is really too bad might have been an Ok place. My rating is a 1.

20대 남자셋이 3박하였습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족합니다 장점 -방이깨끗함, TV잘나옴(일본방송만나옴), 문의사항에대한 답변 빠르고 친절함, 주변이 굉장히 조용함, 근처에 큰 세븐일레븐 편의점있음, 신사이바시 상점가에서 걸어서 7분정도로 가깝고 인근지하철역도 5분거리, 온수 잘나오고 수압쌤, 샤워실-변기-세면대 다 따로 분리되어있어서 여러명이 씻기좋음, 침대에 남자두명/바닥에 이불깔고 남자1명 자기 딱좋은 넓이, 객실 내 와이파이 잘됨, 옆에 작은 공원도 있음 단점 - 방이추움. 날짜가 3.24-27로 따듯한 날이었는데, 따로 난방 보일러는 없는것 같고 에어컨/온풍기 같이되는거 하나 달려있는데, 청소를 안했는지 너무 더러워서 사용안함. 결국 각자 옷 두둑하게 껴입고자고 건조해서 욕실에 따듯한물 받고 중간문 다 열어놓고 잠

It was not so good. The photo on the website was terribly misleading. The room was nothing like the photo. Terrible location and very bleak facility. We did not stay in the place. Went to a different hotel. We were charged the full price for two nights but there was no way we were staying in that room!

設施佳，交通方便的家

重點是住宿房提供詳細的說明，使住客由機場往酒店的路線十分容易掌握，然後往返民宿和本町23出口只8分鐘左右，這點便利值8分；其次是設施佳，不但提供微波爐及雪櫃，更有4頭爐灶、洗衣機及浴室寶，洗乾衣服十分方便；第三，這區十分寧靜，但二十公尺內便有兩間便利店，而附近每條橫街都有種類多元的一間食肆，例如居酒居、火鍋、意大利餐廳、烤肉店，選擇多而不吵鬧。我認為這是很值得考慮住宿的“家”。
