Great staff
Lady checking us in was so friendly. The restaurant stayed open a little later to feed us since we got in later than expected. Cleaning crew woke us up at 8:00am saying they had to clean the room. We told them no, but they didn't seem to understand. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good also.

Nice stay overall
Pros: Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Pool is great. Cons: WiFi didn’t work half the time. Loud, inconsiderate people gathered outside at a seating area in the middle of the night. Woke us up several times. Not many food options within walking distance.

Quiet, nice and clean. Didn't try the restaurant. The staff was nice. I'll consider another stay here the next time I pass this area.

Nice hotel, good service, but pricy parking
Was a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms, good service and they allowed us to have a late checkout without fee. Be aware that you might not get a room inside the main building, but in a neighbouring building. Not far to walk, but you have to go outdoors to go to breakfast. Not ideal when snowing and cold :) Parking was expensive. I did not see in advance that parking was not free, so was surprised that it costs 150 NOK per day. Large outdoor parking which has charging points for electric cars. Not sure if this is included in the parking fee though. Best to check if you are dependant of this.

Wonderful breakfasts! Friendly & helpful staff. Grocery store next door, bus stop just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here when we first got into Norway and had a great stay, the second time we stayed on the last night before heading back home was not so much. Paid online both times but the second time had to put a $1 charge on card which then caused me a international charge plus paid $17 to park and this hotel is not even in the downtown area. ridiculous

I'm glad you had a great stay the first time, but I'm sorry to hear that the stay was not satisifying the last time. The 1 NOK is an autorisation that we are required to do because of security meassure if any extra charges is put on the room. The amount would release if nothing is to be drawn from the card at check out. Parkings is informed on websites that is available on site for a surcharge, but i'm sorry you were not infomred about this during your first stay. Hope this was informative. And I'm sorry again that the stay was not that great.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful stafff. There is a very nice bus that you can take to downtown Olso. The trams are also very convenient.

Happy with stay!
Lovely place to stay in a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with many choices and a lovely outdoor seating area to listen to the birds and smell the flowers. Beds were comfortable. Walking Trails lead you down to the water which was peaceful and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Rommet var veldig basic og manglet det du normalt får på andre Thon Hotel. Bassenget var den tingen vi satte stor pris på, ellers var rommet mangelfullt og sengen ukomfortabel

Lever ikke op til forventningerne
Jeg syntes ikke hotellet levede op til forventningerne, jeg har flere gange boet på Thon hoteller, og de var langt højere standard. Når hotellet ligger så afsides, forventer jeg at restauranten er åben mandag aften.

Takk for din tilbakemelding. Pga av vår beliggenhet med få som spiser ute på mandager, så er det ikke gunstig å ha vår a la carte restaurant åpen. Vi er behjelpelig med take away og forslag til andre restauranter i Asker sentrum som er åpne.

Not to happy. The room was almost falling apart, with both a broken wardrobe and table. The kids had looked forward to the swimming pool, but it was only 20degrees, so it was freezing and the kids cried, so we left after 5 minutes. Not what we expected, since we have been very satisfied earlier.

Takk for tilbakemelding. Vi går igjennom dine kommentarer vedrørende rom. Til informasjon så ligger vårt svømmebasseng på normale temperaturer, ikke som et varmt basseng/terapibasseng. Da må man til et svømmeanlegg som feks Risenga bad som ligger i kort avstand fra hotellet.

Vi skulle reise med bil hele denne dagen og et viktig kriterie for valg av hotel var at de hadde restaurant på hotellet. Når vi ankom om kvelden viste det seg at denne var stengt mandager. Så da måtte vi ut å kjøre bil igjen for å spise i Asker. Hadde vi vist dette hadde vi valgt et annet hotel denne gangen, eller spist før vi kom frem. Ellers var det helt greit, og rommet var stort og godt.
