Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way.
Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly. "
