Great place!
This was very pleasant stay and excellent price which included breakfast. Clean quiet room with big balcony, comfortable bed, beautiful view. Lovely place, very good atmosphere, friendly people, amazing late dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Thank you for such wonderful experience!

Not a plitvice park hotel!
This hotel came up as a plitvice park hotel - however it's a 50 minutes drive to the park! Hotel itself is ok - could do with better maintenance - broken shower in our room.

A good place to spend the night.
The only reason I don't give this hotel a complete 5 is because the bed wasn't very comfortable. Everything about it was very nice. A lovely, quiet location, friendly hosts, good food. If you don't mind a very hard bed, then it would be perfect.

Supper is amazing
Family owned hotel with restaurant. We had experienced one of the best suppers here in our 3 week trip in Europe. The staff were friendly and the food was excellant. If you are going to visit Plitvice Lakes, Croatia, do stay here.

We cut our stay short
We were booked in for 2 nights (pre paid) but decided to find accommodation elsewhere after the first night. Staff were ok but not very friendly or helpful. They took our passports, rather than just taking a copy (after several hours we insisted that we get them back). The room was dirty and uncomfortable. The breakfast was really low quality. It was an hour drive to Plitvice national park which was our reason for staying in the area. I can't believe this hotel has a 3-star rating. Luckily it seems to be a one off. Everywhere else we have stayed in Croatia has been lovely.

Basic place, decent if just passing through town
Not a terrible hotel, but it left a bit to be desired. Service was ok at check-in, but he seemed irritated when I asked questions. Not sure if it was just a communication/language barrier. Rooms are decent, but the wifi didn't work in our first room so we requested to be moved to a room closer to the router (I had to work all night). This was met with disbelief because "no one else has complained about the wifi". We were eventually moved and I was able to get my work done, though. Since there's nowhere to eat in the area we tried the hotel's restaurant. Not good. Service was good but the food was incredibly bland, everything came a la carte (and I mean everything: a meat dish is just a slab of plain meat, ketchup is extra and a tomato "salad" is just, well, a couple of tomatoes). Also pretty pricey considering how bland it was. No major complaints overall but I don't think I'd stay again. In fact, I'd probably avoid the town altogether.

Cheap and cheerful
This hotel is fairly well-placed as a jumping off point for Plitvice national park (1-1.5 hours) and the bears at Kuterevo. The receptionist was very welcoming and considering what you can pay on the coast in Croatia the pricing was extremely reasonable. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Not luxury, but a good 3 star nonetheless.

Quiet and Relaxing Place near the National Park
This is a nice, small hotel in a quiet corner of Croatia. The reason we stayed at the hotel was because it was nearby the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It was great for the night and we slept well. The room had air conditioning, but we decided to open the window and enjoy the cool evening breeze. There were no distrubing noises - only an occasional dog barking. We had to scan a document and send an email late at night and the staff was very helpful. It's a great hotel for a stop-over to or from the lakes, or for a couple of days to enjoy the quiet of a small city in Croatia.

Nice hotel in quiet location
Stayed here two nights as a convenient location for visiting Plitvice National park (about 45 mins drive away). Nice breakfast buffet. Had dinner here the first night and was excellent value. On our second night there was a wedding reception and so the restuarant was closed. It would have been nice to have been told in advance. However, there is a fantastic restaurant about 300m down the road which is well worth a visit and superb value (trout was a mere €4). Overall, nice hotel with free parking and free wireless internet.

wonderful tranquility
Very quiet family hotel, especially popular with tour operators with bus trips. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. The breakfast was unfortunately the worst of our holiday. Beautiful surroundings including the water mills at the mouth of the river Gacka and the Sjeverni Velebit National Park. But this area is not yet really opened up for tourism. That also has advantages, such as the wonderful tranquility.

Hade bokat två rum med luftkonditionering. Tyvärr så var den avstängd o när vi påtalade det så satte man på den men stängde sedan av den igen efter en halvtimme. Olidigt varmt o omöjligt att sova. Vidare så blev priset ungefär 100 kronor dyrare än vad som överenskommits i bokningen med hotels.com. Frukosten var fullständigt värdelös. Den går inte ens att beskriva. Vad ni än gör så boka inte detta boende!!!

Perfect for one night!
Perfect for one night when you are passing by! The staff is really friendly! If you don’t eat meat the menu doesn’t have a lot for you to eat! Meat eaters on the other hand can pick and choose, and the portions are big. Breakfast wasn’t great either. But over all nice place for a shorter stay, and the staff weigh up the down sides.

Bien pour y passer une nuit au calme
Nous y avons passé une nuit avant d'aller au parc de Plitvice (compter 50mn de route). Hotel propre et calme, chambre suffisamment spacieuse pour 2 personnes. Literie ok, seul point a revoir : les oreillers sont un peu trop durs a nôtre gout

bon séjour
nous avons séjourné la nuit du 6 au 7 juillet 2018: le personnel sur place est très sympathique. le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent. la literie est très confortable et la chambre est très spacieuse et propre.

una notte a Otocac
Avevamo previsto una notte a Otocac perché era una posizione comoda per la visita di Plitvice, che però abbiamo visitato dopo 2 giorni npartendo da Senj, perché il primo maggio c'era una folla impenetrabile. L'albergo è un po' defilato dal centro, peraltro assai piccolo, ma arrivandoci in auto non ci sono stati problemi. La struttura è comoda, il parcheggio ottimo, il personale è gentile, il rappoorto qualità/prezzo ragionevole. E' un buon punto di appoggio per la visita della zona o anche solo per spezzare lo spostamento da Zagabria al mare via Plitvice.

Ottimo Hotel
L'hotel è ubicato nella periferia di Otocac. Si trova a circa 50 km. dai laghi di Plitwice che sono raggiungibili in circa mezz'ora. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non abbiamo usato il ristorante che è presente all'interno della struttura e la colazione al mattino è nella media. Dimenticavo: personale che parla anche italiano. CONSIGLIATO.

Bonne surprise sur le trajet
Une seule nuit dans cet hotel mais agreable. Chambre confortable avec balcon, salle de bain avec baignoire (bizarrement agence), piscine au rez de chaussee dans un centre welness (non accessible au soir apres 20h donc nous n'avons pas pu l'essayer), tres grand restaurant avec une carte bien fournie et nous avons apprecie le repas du soir tardif (21h). Quartier excentre et donc tres calme. Le petit dejeuner convenable mais rien d'exceptionnel.

€7 pp voor gebruik zwembad. Ruim 1 uur nog rijden van Plitvice meren. Doorgangshotel voor bussen met grote eetzaal. WiFi ontvangst zeer slecht en onregelmatig. Ligt in uithoek van stadje, erg rustig.

This family owned and run hotel is in the suburbs of Otocac, about one hour away from Plitvice. It suffers from many power outages, but this family is always kind. Not everything is perfect but this hotel is VERY afforfable. A good place to stay.

National Park Plitvice Lakes
The goal was to stay in an hotel not so far from Plitvice Lakes National Park, without spending too much but having a good confort. This hotel was perfect in this aim and in addition we discovered that his restaurant was very cheap but at very high level.

We stayed 3 days in this nice hotel because we visited the Plitvice National Park, that is at 50 Km. We selected it because of the good price/quality ratio. In particular, the restaurant is incredibly cheap and at high quality level.
