"Très sympatique. La chambre avait tout ce qu'il fallait. Nous avons profité du lac et des activités offertes à distance de vélo ( le jardin botanique aquatique Kusatsu). Beau, bon, confortable, accueillant. Ma mère et moi avons adoré notre passage."

"I’d describe Kokonoe Machiya as a truly wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the host created an atmosphere that felt genuinely warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. What made the experience especially unique was the beautiful blend of Italian and Japanese hospitality, which gave the stay a personal and memorable touch.

"The neighborhood was clean and quiet, a Family Mart is steps away. We'll located for buses to all areas. I would definitely make this my first choice to stay again. "

"clean room, nice staff. however the concierge didn't speak english well. convenient as it is a block from the train station and was the hub of all transportation. the shopping and food area in kyoto station was very convenient."
"This hotel was not only convenient but it was a truly world class stay from professionalism, charm and formal yet quite comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were such lovely people! Book here because the price is incredible for the service!"
"Stayed at the Blossom for five nights. Great location. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the amenities (onsen, laundry facilities, and coffee/tea available in the basement lounge) "
"This is the perfect location for a good price in Kyoto. It seems to be a recent construction, as the materials and finishes look modern and new. We were not looking for extensive amenities such as gym, shops, etc. We stayed for 7 nights in order to carry out daily trips from Kyoto while still enjoying the city during late afternoons. The breakfast buffet is great, lots of traditional and non-traditional foods served from 6:30am, which was a plus to start early our days. The rooms extremely quiet, clean, and the rooms big for Japan standards. The bathroom was even larger than expected. The shower is a separate room with an integrated tub which was a good surprise. The 7-eleven connected to the hotel is super convenient for late snacking. So we were extremely satisfied as it is so close that made everything so convenient. Highly recommend if this is what you are looking for!"
"One of the best managed properties in Japan, very pleasant experience, very good fragrance all around the hotel, great breakfast, very good and very clean room and amazing view of Kyto city from roof."
