Couldnt fault the cleanliness and location of this property. The only issue was that we paid for a triple room and got a double room aize. There were two twin beds and a sofa bed all crammed in and we didn't have space for anything else. We had to keep wheeling the baggage around.

The location is great but not accessible to a Taxi. You have to walk a block or two to get to a Taxi. This was stressful for me as my two suitcases and 3 people meant I could not call for a taxi that can accommodate us. Otherwise the hotel is great: clean, friendly and quiet. Location for walking is great as the hotel is on a covered pedestrian zone that gets you to Nishiki Market. You can easily walk to Gion and the train station. Kwaramachi st. 2 blocks away is a major shopping district, and at Sanjo is very busy. Would stay here again but would make better use of Japan’s luggage delivery service for this place

Excellent location, a short flat walk from the station. Staff were really helpful. The room interior seemed fresh and new. A clever practical room layout.
