The front desk lady is very kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late, she still accommodate us in a nice & helpful manner. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is right next to the Basilica and a short walk from the bus terminal. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They offer breakfast for 5 euros per person and buffet lunch and supper for about 12 euros per person. The food and service are excellent.

Great Location & Value
Easy walk from bus station and located next to main entrance. On site owners and staff really helpful. Room is a little but clean and comfortable.

Hotel location and Staff
The friendliest people who where willing to help with all your needs. The staff was very accommodating and Ana the front desk receptionist gave great advice on places of interest and locations. The hotel is located in a great location and you can even hear mass from your room being said from the church.

Some issue with ants in the bathroom and also around the bed headboard, which left the children kind of worried. Otherwise no fault to point. Great little hotel near all facilities and specially the sanctuarium.

Thank you for your preference. When there is food in the room or garbage with sugar in the wash room, it way attract the ants. If there were ants when client enter the room we could have solved that very easily or replace the rooms. We do apologize, but if the client doesn't tell us we wouldn't be able to solve the problem.

Pleasant Stay
It was a wonderful stay for one night. Front desk staff were so nice to us. She let me even choose which room we want to stay. Thank you :)! Sorry, forgot your name. We don't encounter any problem. It was clean. We talked to the owner of the hotel when we came from procession that night. He's very nice too.

Ok hotel close to Sanctuary
Hotel is within a walking distance to Sanctuary. We stayed for 3 nights. Not sure if there was something in the bedding or the pillow but my mother left with pretty bad rashes around her neck. The next night, when we slept in Paris, the rash had almost disappeared. Other than this, it would have been an awesome hotel.

Wonderful experience
We were a family of four visiting Fatima for 2 nights. The hotel was a short walk from the Rede Expressos bus station and adjacent to the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Walking to the main Basilicas and plaza was a breeze. The hotel itself was a gem: simple, clean and convenient. Our room had 2 queen sized beds and had very good and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was a typical continental European buffet that was reasonably priced. The owner of the hotel was literally hands on from check-in to preparation of breakfast. She took time to talk to you and took pride in the ownership of the hotel. The design and amenities are old but made up for by their state of cleanliness and order. Shopping was aplenty and adjacent shops to the hotel giving discounts to the hotel guests. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit Fatima in the future.

Very Nice hotel a few steps away from the shrine
This hotel is simply superb , weather its the location , comfort of the rooms , staff , food and beverage... it's just ticks all the boxes .The owner and his wife give the guest personal attention and all the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and have a good size . Onsite parking is free of charge . Once could not ask for more value for money . The food is good and the price is right . Highly recommend this hotel .

Great Hotel in Fatima
What a great hotel stay. I have stayed here once before and both times I experienced a great stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in several different hotels in Fatima and this is now my go to place. It is very convenient and close to the basilica and all the restaurants and shops. Have not eaten the breakfast at the hotel because I enjoy the bakery shops around town.

An excellent Hotel very close to the shrine etc.Secure FREE parking and disabled friendly room,dining room,lift and entrance. A lot of care has gone into creating a lovely,clean,modern environment in which to spend a few days in this unique town. The staff are more than excellent and deserve to be at the TOP for friendliness,helpfulness and local knowledge. The owners were on hand,even dining with their guests,making sure that all went well.That is a first for us. The rooms are spotless and comfortable although one small thing that would truly enhance the room would be tea/coffee making facilities and modern flat screen TV. You just get the feeling that all is as it should be If in Fatima and district stay here

Greatly exceeded expectations
Isn't it great when you book a hotel sight-unseen and it greatly exceeds expectations? Beautiful modern hotel right next to Fatima sanctuary and close enough to bus station that we could easily wheel our luggage down the street to the hotel. Host is a relative of the shepherd children and lived in Canada for many years. He and his wife entertained their guests with complementary glasses of port wine while we all watched Portugal win the Euro Cup together.

A gem in Fatima!
The owner and staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We immediately felt like we were part of the family and were always treated with utmost kindness and friendliness. We will return to this hotel and definitely encourage our friends to do so too. The location, price, food, service and atmosphere is top class!

Fatima trip!
Very nice experience. Owners Maria and Antoni and staff are very warm and welcoming. They really care about their clients, always asking if we needed anything. Very hospitable/ accommodating. Breakfast basic. Lunch and dinner superb, home made, very delicious Portuguese food. Will come back again. Already spread the good news to friends and family.😀

Excellent hotel
Stayed two nights. The hotel is excellent- tidy rooms; nicely decorated corridors; the location cannot be better for those who come for visiting the sanctuary. We did not take a breakfast, so we can't comment on that. If you have a car, it is easy to visit nearby Batalha, Alcobaca and Tomar. We enjoyed very much our conversation with Antonio- the hotel owner. In summary, you cannot find a better place.
