"The condo was small, as expected...there were a few issues that needed to be addressed and was not, so I fixed them myself.... overall, the unit, pool, beach and parking were all very much as we expected, we had a great time and actually got to see Artimus 2 blast off... "

"Staff not friendly nor accommodating at all. We had rain for two days and every time we went to front desk for questions they seemed bothered. They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. "

I was told the first day that I checked in that it would not be a problem that I had to make separate reservations for each night. I was not happy. I will not be back. Neither will I use Hotels.com. They would not even fight for a refund for me after all the years I’ve used this site. Just sad. "
