"Great place to stay! Dog friendly! It was 4th of July weekend. This was my second time in Palm Springs and I enjoyed it more than the first-time hotel. Down town is a distance to walk to so we drove. I saw bikes outside the hotel but didn’t use them this time. I crate trained my dog, so she said in the room and enjoyed the ac while we went to the pool in a 100 degree weather. Wish they had an adult-only pool side. Both pools had bars, good drinks but limited options. The property had many grass areas for the dogs. I booked the deluxe double queen, called a few days before check in to request ground floor and we had a patio in front of the pool for my dog to access to. "

"I have stayed here many times, this time it was for a friend's birthday. It was her first time in Palm Springs and she loved this hotel. This place can get really busy and there are only a few employees (The Reef), so if you are impatient, I would advise you not to go here. The employees are friendly and great, just have a lot to do and tiki drinks take time. Love it here!"

"My daughter and I were able to relax and anything we needed was there. We only left premises 2 times."
