He went above and beyond to help me, as i drove 13.5 hours with my elderly mother. He went to his manager and both of them were able to adjust my stay dates. I did not get their names, unfortunately. But they both were excellent. "

"Very clean, staff was always helpful. The free continental breakfast was very basic but plentiful and cooked well. 24 hour coffee was also appropriated. The hotel is well located to all the Temecula sites. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the hotel for those visiting the Temecula area. (This is not a luxury hotel but very comfortable)."
