"Dirty bathroom. Aiport shuttle was a little difficult to find. In the space that was supposed to be for them there was another bus that picked us, ask for a more expensive rate and left us in another street so we had to walk. "

The heating in our room was not working, and despite waiting approximately 1.5 hours while staff attempted to fix it, the issue was not resolved. We requested a room change, but this was not accommodated. Given the late hour and our early flight the next morning, we had no reasonable option but to leave and book another hotel. Overall, the hotel was unable to provide a basic and essential service, and the lack of a solution or alternative made the situation very frustrating."

"Views are great. Majority of the bar staff was fun and friendly. Food was delicious. Shuttle service was so handy. Room was sufficient for a 1 night stay, close to the airport. Cleanliness was... hmmm... room wasn't the greatest, had a tonne of toenail clippings on our balcony floor, lamp wiring was frayed and hanging out- definite red flag. Breakfast was sad! Cold eggs, cold bacon, watery juice. Both ended up feeling super nauseous later on. Water pressure in shower was horrible But would I stay here for a quick stopover again? Probably"

"We spent the night here before flying home as it was close to the airport. The staff was pleasant at check in. There was an elevator to bring our bags up one level. The room was not spacious but clean and fit our needs. The bonus was a balcony that overlooked the Tyrrhenian Sea. As with most bathrooms in Italy, it was small but fully outfitted.The hotel offered a great selection of food, juice and coffee for breakfast. There were many restaurants close by. The McDonald's next door served espresso and beautiful pastries. "
