Top Parung Hotel Reviews

Pan Pacific Jakarta

10/10 Excellent

"The entire team in Pan Pac were phenomenal, from the front desk, to greeting bellhops, the restaurant team, the housekeeping, the room service... EVERY SINGLE POINT of customer interaction were consistent, excellent and more than 6 stars. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the grace and kindness I needed during this challenging period and for making my stay so personalised in every way. This will be my new home base in Jkt! And great benefit of having agora mall right downstairs!"

Ra Premiere Simatupang

10/10 Excellent

"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."
