"Excellent service from the staff from the moment you arrived until the end of my stay. They were very helpful and accommodating with my questions about my luggage storage situation. The floor housekeeping staff were also very nice and helpful. Overall my experience for my first booking (I have 4 separate bookings within a period of 3 weeks) was very good and I won’t hesitate rebooking in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling in Manila."
