We had dinner at aGaleria and it was by far the best food we ate in Búzios. All employees were very attentive but Evison really made our trip special. Everytime he passed by us he greeted us with smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back. Thank you!"

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
