"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and the view from the hotel made it even more special. Would happily stay here again!"
