Pre paid but no room on arrival
Unfortunately I'm not sure what this hotel is like. We arrived at midnight having booked and pre paid for 2 rooms only to find they only had 1 room available. After much discussion they assisted in finding us another hotel that was satisfactory. My only observation about the hotel is that its on a street that floods when it rains. We had to walk past it every day and on some occasions you couldn't get through.

시내와 가까운 거리
객실의 편안함과 정실론과 가까운 거리! 직원의 친절함 모두 좋습니다. 단지 오래된 건물이라 청결도는 좀 떨어짐.

Great bang for the bucks.
Usually stay at a hotel on the same street, Sansabai, extension of Bangla Walking Street, due to the excellent location, close to night life, restaurants, beach and parking. This stay I found this hotel just 15 m away from my last selection, but at 30% lower cost. Decided to give it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby/entrance was somewhat to find at first glance since it's rather small, almost hidden behind a exhange kiosk, but once entering, we were greeted with great hospitality and smiles and a swift check in. Not many rooms, 4 on each of the 6 floors but rooms were clean and roomy with small balcony. Great housekeeping, very tidy room when done. WiFi was ok, but only for my iOs gadgets. My windows laptop had big problems with the router config and only connected for a few hours during my 5 day stay. Strong signal and speed when connected though. Bed big and comfy with nice linen. Seems like hotel just changed owner and name and as the banner outside stated: "soft opening", some details remain from previous name. Door must be manually locked before leaving room, almost left it unlocked, being used to automatic locks. Pool available, but at other hotel 200m away. Nice rooftop pool though. Safetybox not secured to wall, but that is about all downsides I can recall. Visitor friendly. All and all, grat value. I can really recomend this establishment. It's not 5-star, but for the price it's well worth the stay.
