"Most excellent, but strange smell coming out from water drain specially in the toilet must have not been installed “trap” to eliminate sewer odour coming back, miscommunications between your co and Vehicle that we hired they dropped us at the wrong hotel , luckily not far. I have experienced lot better organised hotels where the transport to the exhibition was far greater than at jumerayah"

Somehow my booking did not show up correctly in their system. i booked a king bed, but the system reflected 2 single beds.
It only got sorted when i showed the staff the reservation on my phone. The room given to me was hot and stuffy - maybe they didnt expect anyone to be staying in there. I had to blast the AC on for about 2 hours before the entire room was cooled. The toilet was not yet cool then.
Apart from this, the stay was good. Room was nice and spacious. Location was good too, with...

A good stay for furniture shopping as it’s just above Louvre furniture mall. There’s a popular Chinese seafood restaurant on 7th floor but it’s pricey. There’s also a good Italian restaurant on 59th floor with great view and excellent service from Ms Rosa. A very attentive service and friendly staff. Hotel’s room is big and very clean. It’s a great hotel to stay in Foshan.

The hotel is newly renovated and kept in a good condition. Smart toilets and electronic curtain. The lobby is grand. My 23months son kept saying “so tall”. There are also birds and bunnies in the hotel to keep toddler entertained. The kids club is fun but crowded during peak time. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, but it’s repeating everyday…… The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of subway, although it’s out of town and takes quite some time to travel to everywhere....

Hotel is 15 mins via shuttle bus from airport. Near their train system and also the staff spoke English well enough to communicate the requirements. I had to get their help to book a taxi from hotel to my business meeting which they gladly helped to arrange well.
