"Friendly and very helpful staff. Our sons shared a room in which the air conditioning was ineffective and it was very b hot. Altho we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation."

"Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Elia Resort! It was my partner and I’s 5-year anniversary, and the Elia team truly made it one of our best holidays yet. On our first night, we arrived late but were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, a refreshing watermelon salad, and a beautifully decorated room to celebrate the occasion. The hotel itself was stunning, right on the beachfront. Our room included a swim-up pool, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond - whether it was scheduling trips for us or helping with restaurant recommendations. They even allowed us one hour of free extra late check out since our flight was not till 6pm. Thank you to lovely Elia team!! "
