"Great location for what we wanted to do. Amy and James were very helpful and friendly and communication before and during the stay was great (why can’t more places use What’s App?!). Breakfast included cereal and juice and coffee if one wanted and a full cooked breakfast that was wonderful. I really appreciated the gluten free bread. There are a lot of areas in the building to relax and there is even a hiking trail by the parking lot. There is an eating place just down the road but we chose...

"The owner was very welcoming, gave great dining suggestions, and the staff were also friendly. We were in a bit of a pickle regarding laundry and they were able to remedy that! Room was large and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"

Great hotel

"Very comfortable stay in one of the lodges. Great location with lots to see and do in the area, especially if you like outdoor activities. Snowdon hikes are a 15/30 minute drive away depending on what route you take up the mountain. Having free access to the swimming pool and hot tub is wonderful after a days hiking. Only negative was the quality and quantity of the breakfast was a bit lacking. "

"Perfect hotel - room was huge, comfortable bed and had a with sea view. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was just round the corner from tbe shops/restaurants and the pier- perfect location. Ate out so didn't use the restaurant but it looked spotless. Would definitely return and recommend "

"Check in was smooth. Room was spacious with nice bed, good linens and well cleaned. The only disappointment was, we got room on the basement which doesn’t have any sea views.There were no dental kit in the toilet. There is an indoor swimming pool which can accommodate 10 people at a time and will open from 8.30 to 6 pm. Unfortunately the changing rooms were under refurbishment.There is a bar situated near to the reception. The breakfast was very good and value for money.The parking was on the side of the road which you have to pay in the day time which cost around 6 pounds and at the night it is free till 10 am The hotel situated at the excellent location with many other hotels in the sea shore with nearby shops and restaurants. Overall we recommend this hotel for stay. Great value for money."

"Lovely entrance with friendly professional reception staff. Great welcome and good directions to our room. Lift which is small but always good to have. Room was lovely, good beds and spotless bedding, pillows and towels. Bedroom and bathroom very clean even the window ledges were very clean. Very comfortable with chairs and a table so that we could enjoy the fantastic sea view. Table with kettle (very clean) and tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Good size TV with usual channels and some Sky channels. Wardrobe and bedside tables with touch lamps. Couldn't ask for anything better."
