"Excellent breakfast, well presented with good choice, lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Everything was top class in every aspect. Decor, dining room, bedroom. Coffee/tea etc was always replenished without asking. They had really thought everything out to please guests. This hotel was in easy walking distant to all facilities. Could not fault it. The nicest hotel we had ever stayed in."

"Modern boutique style pet friendly hotel. Great location right by sea front and pier. Staff were good, looked busy at times with just a couple on duty but always friendly. Room was a superior double but bed seemed a lot bigger located on floor 3 at rear of hotel. Window to room opened a few inches so I could imagine in the summer it’ll get very hot!! There was a fan available in the room. Lovely touch was the tassimo coffee to make drink, plus kettle for tea coffee or hot chocolate. Other compliments were free bag of 2p for arcades, eye mask, ear plugs and shower cap. Some nice touches plus cans of water, pen and note pad. Bathroom clean, great hot shower and free toiletries so no need to pack those. We stayed room only but heard the breakfast is very good. Used the bar several times as it has a prime location to just sit and watch world go by. Hotel nicely decorated and very modern. Would definitely return as it’s has everything to offer. "

"I needed a bolt hole for the night and this hotel certainly came up with the goods. The single bed was really comfy and I had the best nights sleep in a month. I parked securely for a nominal fee. The shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely consider going back again. "

"The night i spent there, there was a couple living above us who returned to their room at 1am in the morning and was quarreling and shouting at he peak of their voices. I couldnt sleep till 3am. I called the front desk, no one seems to respond. No one cared. I havent stayed such kind of hotel in any part of the world. "

"Didn’t realise the whole hotel is covered in construction. We stayed during a windy night and it felt like the wall was going to fly off! The mirror was shaking. Might have been handier if the dog friendly rooms were on the ground floor - being on the third floor wasn’t the most ideal."
