"This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. "

"Really nice hotel with very welcoming owners. We had a very nice & relaxing stay. The hotel offers parking on site which was a bonus and the location of the hotel is very close to all the town amities but in a quiet location. The rooms are very nicely decorated with comfortable beds, pillows & bedding. Each room has tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits for your bed time brew or 1st cuppa of the day & bottled water. Our room had a shower room where soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner was provided and relaxed when used, our room also had a mini fridge. They also offer a fully stocked bar and an excellent breakfast with enough choice to satisfy everyone. We would definitely stay again & recommended to friends & family. "

"I can recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1) Great location near the prom 2) Very friendly and attentive staff 3) Superb breakfast - probably the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever had. Everything hot and fresh and lots of choice - continental or full English 4) Very good value 5j Great shower and bathroom The hotel is undoubtedly dated in terms of decor (but seems to be in the process of being updated) but our room was very clean. Also like most hotels in this area, parking is a bit tricky."

"We had a dog and there’s certain rooms allocated for pets it was dark with a small window with view of pipe works the bed was very comfy and clean the shower was very good but the corridors on first floor were in need of major re-vamp creaked floors sounds from music at night from entertainment . The downstairs looks fine and breakfast hall looks modern and newly decorated but what we had was disappointing and not for us. The staff were friendly and the Spainish girl was always smiling and helpful. The location is too far the opposite end of town if only on foot but we were lucky and had our car.easy enough to park outside on street. Llanduno isn’t a cheap place to stay as they have a constant stream of older guests to keep the price up. The Seafront hotel is cheaper than most but now we realise why and would rather opt for a Travelodge with the same standard nationwide and roughly the same price and take dogs made a mistake going for the cheapest"

"We were too late for breakfast! We went for a swim. The hotel was really scruffy. We were not informed that it was necessary to book dinner before 5.00 p.m. The steps outside were filthy. We were not allowed to have the room key untilil we given the c.c. number. Our stay was unpleasant. "

"the room was really clean although the reception could have done with a dust especially under the tables as you enter. the staff on our first day were great but the key card did not work 4 times and they did state if it didnt work on the 5th they would have changed our room but really as an after thought this should been done after the second time. (we were offered a complimentary coffee while we waited for them sort it on the firsr occasion). I was always taught that you treat your last customer as well as your first customer so on our second day i felt sorry for the last customer of the receptionist on that day - rude. the breakfast was great and all staff attentive. the bar staff were also attentive."

"It’s a good place to stay nice sea view room enjoyed our stay and the pool is nice The only thing I have to say that I accidentally left my iPhone charger in room and went back it wasn’t there it’s really not good if the cleaners are not honest enough to hand something in"

"No breakfast room didn't look over the beach which didn't bother us the room we had was lovely could not fault it the staff were lovely very courteous and helpful definitely will stay there again "
