"Check in was fine. Room was smaller than anticipated. My partner felt it was claustrophobic. She asked for assistance - the lady on reception was helpful. We were moved to a larger room with a better sea view three days later. All took a lot of time though when we should be enjoying our holiday. I mean - we couldn't really unpack properly knowing we were going to be moved in three days. This booking for one of the best rooms was made more than six months in advance. We paid for a room with a sea view - well it was a sea view through a small window. Not really what we expected."
