"Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. "

"Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. "
