"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Clean and modern budget hotel. Good to reach by bus and centrally located in Berlin Köpenick. Good breakfast. Only downside was Long before breakfast time ended, a lood of foods were taken and not refilled by staff. Beside of that a good place to stay for a short Trip. BR"

"I had a great stay here. They do free luggage storage and you can put bags in a locked room. The kitchen is decent size. The bed was comfy and the showers were nice. The only downside is the location, but it is right by public transportation and easy to get within the city. "
