Room very warm and difficult to cool even with supplied fan. Quite a tricky exit/entrance from main road depending on time of day. Staff lovely and made to feel welcome during the stay. Has a Bar,serviced by said Lady,but no dinner restaurant..(while we were there) You can order in and the Hotel will provide warm plates etc;.........or,weather permitting ,walk across the river into Rye old town. "The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...
