Balcony needs attention but this didn’t detract from the lovely room. Staff smiley and helpful. Loved the bar outside to watch the world go by. Great breakfast which was cooked to order and dining room a pleasant space. Great location for sightseeing."

"A fantastic place to stay. The location is quiet and it’s less than a mile from the centre of Rye and an easy walk into town. The standard of finish in the property is excellent and had everything we needed for a short stay. I highly recommend this property. It is possible to rent Buttercup to double up the accommodation and they share an entrance lobby."

We loved our bedroom with all the creeks in the floors & the big four poster bed! We had a lovely big bathroom. The breakfast was delicious plus we had dinner the one night & it was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming & friendly. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again...a brilliant stay!"
