"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff. One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. It will be my stop every time I return to the region."

"There was no heat in the rooms. No one at the front desk even after calling multiple times. I came downstairs and they said the manager would be in at 8am, that was no true. The manager does not come to work on Sunday. There was no WiFi, no one informed me prior to my arrival. The restaurant menu didn’t have anything available except for pizza. The tablet to communicate in the room did not work either. I will not be returning. "
