Staffs and services are very good. The property is very good. The dining room 🍽 😕 is hot 🔥 to us. Also, there is not much restaurant around to walk to.

The room was OK after we had an issue with the first room and got an upgrade. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not good at all. Obviously trying to make it as cheap as possible.

Great property and great location. The room is big and the location is right across the beach. My room was facing the garden but I can see the ocean also from my windows.

IMHO
This is my second time staying at TTC. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are nice and courteous. My only gripe is the food. The buffet is hit or miss. Tried lunch there couple times and both were disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. I would recommend this hotel over the more expensive ones in Mui Ne.

I spent two nights with my parents. We booked two rooms. One is very nice while the other is terrible. The second one has a carpet so it look awful. I asked the staff and they told me that they are in the process of remodeling the room. However, I would rate it as 4 stars. In my book, it is acceptable for two stars and half!

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff, always friendly and helpful. Free bike use. Breakfast selection plentiful. Across the street from the beach. Very little traffic.

The hotel service is decent. Rooms are nice and big. They even offer free bicycles for rental. Not only close to the beach but within walking distance to the nearby shopping mall and Phan Thiet Market

The hotel should never have used carpet for their room floors. Seems that they do not have proper equipment for routine cleaning. Service is great, location is perfect right across the beach.

Tipical vietnamese hotel,almost all the guest are vietnamese.Lobby smelt on food. Room in bad condition have to be deep cleaned and inproved. For breakfast nothing special, we just eat bread and fruits. I should not recomed this place to anybody.

Near the beach, and downtown. But a little far away from Miu Ne resort area, 20 mins drive. The swimming pool is small and not in the same hotel building, it is not convenient.

Our room on the 10th floor was huge, unfortunately there was water damage probably caused by infiltered rain around the windows and it damaged the wall paper that by now has turned a certain shade of grey and black even on the walls on each side of the window. This hotel is also frequented by Russians vacationers, so expect their annoying music, Rap for this instance, around the pool. Not a bad place to stay, but it could certainly use a good clean up. If I would ever go back again in that area I would stay in Mui Ne. A few km north on the coast where there are much more restaurants ane more pleseant Resorts. So not a bad hotel for the price, but needs improvement ! :)

This place is absolutely fantastic. The pool, meals, location and staff all help to make your stay perfect. Loan who works in the bar looked after us so well we really didn't want to leave. Thank you so much.

The hotel is located in Muine city and 15 minuts away from Phan Thiet beach , hotel location is ideal for relaxation , can suggest ideal for honey moon trip :-) , the hotel is modern and staff is very friendly , the breakfast was huge , pls plan your stay at Park Diamond Hotel

Park Diamond in Phan Thiet December 2011
Park Diamond is very nice hotel. There are good swimming pool area, restaurant and café with reasonable prices. There is also gym with treadmill, running mats and bi-cycles. However most of these were broken at the time. Service in every area was very good maybe not perfect but very good. Main customers for hotel seems to be Russians and you can see that from menus and from selected furnitures. Hotel is located in very peaceful area. Across the road you can find beach which walking roads and benches were still under construction but all ready there was good place to spend time with kids at the sand and also in sea. There are not any clubs or bars near by. Also there are not any international restaurants near by but few local you can find. Food in those is good but you can forget french fries, hamburgers and pizzas. If you understand english or russian then service is not problem. If you require european style hotel, restaurants, tourist shops then town called Mui ne (located about 10km from Phan thiet) suites you better.

This new hotel is across the street from a public beach,but near the high end Novatel with a Nick Faldo designed golf course. It is in the city of Phan Thiet, 20 miles from Mui Ne. A beautiful pool is the nicest thing I can say and let's leave it at that.

If no need stay in Muine resort area, TTC Hotel Phan Thiet city is one of choice. 20 meters to sea, also pool in the hotel. 20 min. walk to COOPMART, a super market, 30 min. walk or 5 min. taxi to reach Lotte MART. 20 min. taxi takes you to Muine restaurant & Hotel area. If you want to pay not more than USD50/night, TTC is a good choice. But most of the guest are Vietnamese, only in Nov. - March, many Russian and German. From Phan Thiet station, it takes 20min. (VND 80,000-120,000). Room is acceptable. Breakfast is acceptable. Free Wifi. For eating out, not much choices in walking distance. Better go to Muine.
