This property is located in a great part of town, easily walkable to several tourist attractions. It's a no frills hotel, but it was clean and tidy, there is paid parking right next to the hotel and tons of places to eat within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Room is well kept except shower liner really needs to be replaced. Hallway is very run down and has a very bad odor. Front office staff is wonderful, friendly, and super helpful. The hotel needs to be updated and I will say it’s super convenient that it’s in tge heart of so many food places. We were confined to our room and ordering food in was so easy and there were so many choices. There is a market just a few doors away. I will say for the price, it was still a great overnight choice.

While reading reviews I have often wondered what would make someone submit a bad review … now I know. When I arrived at this hotel they said my itinerary showed I had two rooms but they only had one with queen bed. I showed them the email I had ordered double beds one room. When we called Expedia they would not comply with the error they charged me $911.00 for a queen bed one room.They said I only ordered a queen but the email showed it said double room it should of been double queen beds. The web sight showed the two beds this was clearly a scam. I was traveling with my 40 year old son this sleeping arrangement wasn’t good for either of us . The hotel manager was awful she said she would give me a cot which she hiked up the price for that and said I would have to pay additional I was appalled.i then asked if I could get a extra blanket and she was not accommodating. The manager should be fired. After all she thought I had two rooms and was apologetic about the fact she could only provide one. Then I had to use the bathroom they sent me to the second floor where they serve food. There was no soap no paper towels and no toilet paper. The morning and evening staff were very kind but everything else was less then desirable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all! When I arrived at the hotel there was no front desk representative present. I waited 20 - 30 minutes in the lobby literally saying ‘hello’ to find out if someone was there. Finally someone came down the elevator wearing jeans and asked me what I was there for? Then he proceeded behind the reception desk and that’s when I realized he was a worker. Then after waiting that long time I needed to use the restroom in which the downstairs bathroom was out of order. The front desk representative told me that there was one upstairs. Upon coming back down and thinking to myself that this can not be real, the front desk representative left again. He was no where in sight. As a solo female traveller I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable. I had no choice but to cancel the remainder of my booking. I went to the hotel the next day to speak with the manager, who wasn’t there, and neither was she there the day before. So the front desk representative who was there that day gave me her email address. I explained to them everything and they were barely remorseful and tried to make excuses. It took them 3 days to finally respond to me. The manager I dealt with was Mika He. And everyone had a very dismissive attitude as if it were my fault. Even as I let Expedia assist with the manager l, when Expedia called and mention my situation they were very quick to say that they were not dealing with the issue. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Tremendous value for a lot less money, especially when considering cost and convenience of on-site parking too. It’s 3 mins to Redding Terminal and to a subway stop which got us to and from the Knicks-76’ers game in 20/25 easy minutes. After the game, we had great, authentic Chinese food at a restaurant open late night just two blocks from hotel. The room itself was large and clean and we each got our own Queen bed—-no sharing Kings nor doubles. Water was hot and we felt as safe here as we do at any bigger-named hotel.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modernized, and much nicer than the exterior/lobby/neighborhood would have suggested. A conveniently short walk from Suburban Station. The room door safety latch was broken off and missing which could be disconcerting for a single female traveler. The breakfast was not very inspiring, but barely adequate. The staff were helpful with emergency toiletries (shaving and toothbrush) and friendly. The exterior signage in the dark was not obvious and I walked past it before realizing where it was. Local dining was convenient, tasty if you appreciate Asian food, and very affordable.

Not a good experience
The hotel had a bad smell on the first floor, probably a problem with the plumbing. In addition, the breakfast area had leaks falling from the ceiling. The worst thing was that after midnight someone knocked on the door of the room asking to come in, claiming that there might be a water leak. Even I affirming there was no leak, he insisted again and I said I didn't feel comfortable opening the door.

Better than expected. Room cleanliness, property condition... everything is fine for the price. Luckily, I had a hotel parking for 25$/ day. Around the property is chinatown, so you should be prepared to that. This place is near everything. Walking distance to nice places. Good for a quick visit of Philadelphia

Convenient location but wouldn’t stay again.
The staff was very friendly, however as soon as we got to our room, the toilet was not working. We called down 4 times to have someone come up and fix it and ended up figuring it out ourselves, the water was off. But then the toilet ran all day and all night every day we were there. There was dirt on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom and we found hairs in our beds. The TV also did not work at all.

Great position and very helpful happy staff. We loved our stay here. The location makes everything walkable and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and pleasant . The breakfast is lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel for convenience , comfort and very pleasant cheerful staff.

In the middle of china town. Nice and big rooms. Subway in walking distance. Reading terminal market in walking distance. Breakfast is very small but everybody should find something. China town is very special, it looks a bit strange and smells a bit different but nevertheless it is perfectly situated for a city trip

Reasonably priced after looking at other options. Excellent front desk staff. It was a bit noisy in my first room on the ground floor. Breakfast was included and descent. Parking was $25 a night
