First of all, we’d to say thanks to you for choosing our property for your accommodation in Phnom Penh and we also regretted to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our service performances while you were staying with us. Actually, in the late of Oct and early of Nov, our occupancy was very high and also has many meeting as well. Most of our guests had breakfast at the same time in our restaurant so the seat may not fit for all of them. One more thing, we are sure that our staff always replenishes food or cleans all dining tables after guests finish their meal and re setup for the new guest but just a bit late if many guests coming. Once we got your message, we are immediately taking action with HODs and staff on this case and found that room #1417 was well cleaned and ready for check-in since the morning. As per informed by our front desk team, you were checked in at 06:48 pm on 10th May and early checked out on 11th May at 05:16 am. We also checked the video camera and sure that there is no other person or hotel staff entered your room during you stayed here. On the other hand, there is no something was found in your room, in the lift, or on the floor after you checked out, reported by the housekeeping team.
