"I LOVED the atmosphere and how amazing the hotel staff were. Even when sold out, the receptionist were so sweet and understanding of the WiFi being laggy. The bartender was the sweetest to have and she felt so bad for how long my food was being taken to made, she comp my drink for free. I was here for roughly two nights for a comic con in Phoenix and whenever I have the chance again, I’ll definitely be back here again."

"I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they looked dirty and smelled. a little hard work could really bring this place back to life. this place could be SO good- the pool and hot tub are huge and the AC works excellent. rip out all the old carpets and lay down Laminate floors. I would LOVE to own this place, take care and ill be back!!"
