However, please allow us to explain: You booked a triple room and three people is the maximum number of people that can stay in our one bedroom units. But you had one more guest (above 6 years old) stay than actually booked. For families with a young child under the age of 6 years, the child will often share their parent’s bed at no additional charge. Otherwise, our additional charge is an “extra person charge” and that applies to the fourth person in the room. We hope you sympathize for this issue and thank you for your understanding.
