The hotel was really clean and the room had everything we needed (fridge with water, toiletries, coffee/tea making). The bed was comfy and huge, staff were friendly and very helpful - sorted out transfer for us. Breakfast had a good variety of different cuisines and lots of fresh fruit. Location was handy for us being near Rassada pier. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay in Phuket city
Very nice hotel to stay while your in Phuket city. 15 minute walk to the old town and lots of shops close by. Very modern with good breakfast. We stayed for 3 days after being in a resort which allowed us to do some shopping before heading home.

Poor quality bed/mattress.
Bed was very firm and didn’t get a good nights sleep, was like sleeping on a wooden floor. We paid more for this hotel than in other hotels on Phuket and didn’t feel the quality or service matched other places. This feels more like a 3+ or 4 star hotel. Breakfast though was a great selection. Hotel car park was closed and had to park on the driveway outside the entrance. Luckily only 1 other car there.
