"Excellent hotel. I can’t say enough about this place and the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, polite, and professional. I wish I had noted their names because they truly stood out. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the pool is lovely, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the cherry on top, fresh and absolutely delicious. I traveled solo and stayed for three nights, and I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time."

"The staff was incredible and very helpful. They advised us to upgrade which was a great choice since the room that I had booked wasn't big enough for the entire party. The location is quite central, with a lot of restaurants/stores around. The room was fabulous, clean, and quite spacious. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples. We also tried the spa, and it was perhaps one of the best experiences I've had. "

"Well this is hotel to stay in if you want to have it all. We have been looked after exceptionally. I did not know how to go back to home. Clothes washed everyday, amazing breakfast, driven everywhere you want to go, the most kind tour guide- I recommending asking jaya to book your tours. Son our guide was 10/10. He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying. "
